Thousands of people trained in conflict resolution on five continents in over a hundred languages with a specialty in inter-religious and cross-cultural disputes. Advanced Practitioner member of the Association for Conflict Resolution Family Section. Serve as judge pro tem in Fresno County Superior Court. Served in Indonesia August 1999 through December 2001 under Mennonite Central Committee at Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, where he was a member of Pusat Studi dan Pengembangan Perdamaian (Center for the Study and Promotion of Peace). He also served as Director of Peace Programs for Mennonite Central Committee Indonesia. Over twenty years of experience in a variety of roles with Victim Offender Reconciliation Program of the Central Valley, concluding five years as administrator in 2007.
